Registrants who need to cancel must do so at least 30 days before the training course date.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the course begin date, will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the course begin date, will recive a 50% refund.

Registration modifications to indicate a substitute participant must be completed at least seven days before the course begin date.
