Jeremy Lay is the founder and CEO of Real Time Crime Solutions. Jeremy's work experience consists of 22 years in Law Enforcement. During that time he has obtained over 1,300 hundred hours of training in various aspects of investigations and crime scene processing. He currently holds the position of Lieutenant at his agency where he oversees the evidence room, crime scene unit, and criminal intelligence center. Jeremy also holds a bachelor of science in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
Dylan Whitt is the Chief Investigator for the 14th Judicial Circuit Court of Alabama. He is a 2015 graduate of the Northeast Alabama Law Enforcement Academy. During his career Dylan has worked Narcotics and General Investigations with a focus on digital forensics. He is currently assigned to the Jefferson County MACC and Secret Service Task Forces where he provides numerous hours of cyber-crime training and knowledge to the program.
Blair Huddleston began his career in Law Enforcement in 2003. Primarily, Blair’s time in Law Enforcement has been involved narcotics enforcement, taking out clandestine meth labs, executing search warrants and other special operations. Working his way though his department’s SWAT team, he served as a mechanical breacher, sniper, entry team member, to being appointed the SWAT team leader for over 4 years. Currently, Blair is assigned to his current agencies’ Detective’s Division and as a Sniper for the SWAT Team, also acting as a Firearms Instructor, Forcible Entry Instructor, TacMed and Active Shooter Instructor. Recently he has been hired as head of Law Enforcement Training for the Bevill State Community College System in Alabama. Blair believes in being a continual student to be a better teacher and holds numerous LEO instructor certifications to create custom curriculum to suit your agency’s needs.
